My printhead needed replacing because of lines in the cyan, according to the service tech last month.
I could get away with running on high quality and manually dabbing the head on a manual clean every now and again so i left it.
Well today after a manual clean i got absolutely nothing from the Cyan head.
I tried super clean and even a damper fill but still nothing.
Ink comes out if i push the damper.
I had the tech on the phone and he said that after a head strike the electrics could be bad in the head and may take a while to show themselves?
I find it a bit odd that this suddenly happened after a manual clean.
Any thoughts?
