Need Help Roland vg640 black yellow mixed

Hi Guys
Just picked uo the vg640 and nozzle test
The yellow and black mixed as photo

I tried to print the artwork with black base and yellow letters and result is there's some yellow lines and dots on black background

Im new with roland so need help
