Roland VP-540 connection problem with VersaWorks 5.3 Drivers?

The driver is built into VW and installed when the printer connection is made.
You have to use the original VersaWorks which is not downloadable.
VW Dual, VW6 and VW7 will not work.
please upgrade to the last v. 5.5.1
I can We Transfer to you if needed.
Can you Ping the printer?
If not, the VP model is known for a bad Main Board that has had to be replaced in every VP I have had in the field.
The Main Board is no longer available from DG.

Ping without problem.
Pc communicate with plotter
Versa not recognized.
Please send me we transfer link.
