Roland VP 540 half blue printing

The blue in my Roland Versacam VP 540 suddenly decided to print like this. I've tried manual cleaning..all modes of the cleaning settings...sucking the ink through with a syringe....nothing. Could someone who has has this same problem and sorted it out, please let me know what was the solution to the problem. Thanks.

Replace the cyan dampers, then the printhead... (you can cross switch the two dampers and see what happens first,)
When you need good quality, black could need a new head too.
