Roland VP-540i is printing lines! A little help is appreciated.

I replace the black print head and everything went well. Shortly after while preparing to run the first job, I get lines on the cyan, going in the same direction as the traveling head. Almost looks digital, because it looks repetitive for each letter. Did a head cleaning and have not changed the ribbons. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
