I'm having issues with the printer losing connection to Versaworks mid print. This only started after I updated the printer to the latest firmware, 4.8. I've seen others mention a .BIN file that can update the Printer Server (Ethernet chip) Firmware, but can't find the file. Does anyone happen to have it?
It's my understanding that barring this fixing the issue, it's likely a Mainboard repair. My frustration is that this only began when the printer firmware was updated, so to me it's pointing to a firmware issue.
