Roland VP540/VP300 not power on

I have some problem, the roland VP300 don't power on.
It don't have green LED light on any board. I have check Power Board, and power supply, it working. the power board sypply 220V to a power supply board, and from power supply out 41V. then it connecting to a servo board, the green LED light on servo board don't working.
That is ServoBoard problem?

Check the Ribbon cables of the printheads if one of them is loose the printer don't power on.

just please do yourself a favor and make sure you pull the power cord out from the back prior to messing around with anything electrical
