Roland VP540i Black print issue

I am trying to print a tailgate graphic on some 3M 380Cv3 material and I am having the issue as seen in the attached image. The graphic has a solid black background. I tried toning the black all the way down even tried a couple of profiles and get the same results. Anybody have any solutions or ever had this issue?
