I have a cut alignment problem on my VS640. I have laminated a print, reloaded it into the printed, done a auto detect on the crop marks but point 3 is not where the optical head ends up scanning.
I made the mistake of printing a file too long. The prints are 180".
I tried a manual crop mark alignment as per the roland user manual: I followed the steps in the manual but I am not successful. As I am cutting 2 prints 180x50" of 3M 8624 ( $800 per roll for the medial AND the laminate) so I am being cautious.
Can anyone take me step by step through this process please?
Cheers!:Big Laugh

ALSO when I bought this printer 2 years ago I was given access to the video series that has tutorials on the ROLAND website. I can not locate it. Can anyone point me to it?
