Hello everyone ,
I just replaced all the heads on my Roland XC-540 ( heads , pumps , Cap Tops , FCC cables , Fuses ) and for some reason I cant seem to get the Magenta head and Yellow head to fire with ink , I also cant seem to get it to pull ink through the cap top either . Any thoughts on what may be the problem ?

If no ink is coming through the captop then you have an ink supply problem somewhere. Did you replace the dampers when you did the other parts? Check to see if they are full of ink. If they are check the manifold for cracks and the ink lines for any signs of air. Try pulling ink through the damper, if that flows fine then you have a blockage in the head.

Ok , Yes I did the dampers as well . the only line I cant seem to get to pull ink through the head is the yellow print head .
Why did you replace the heads to begin with!
Well 4 of the heads were bad . and It sat for 6 months . I have another printer too ... but that one is down waiting for a part so I figured I would get this one back up ands running .

I did take the manifold off , pulled cleaning sol. through that , at the same time pushed cleaning Solution through the head to see if maybe there was a chunk of old ink that clogged it maybe ... nothing ,everything seemed to work as it should. I really think its an alignment issue with the head not sealing good with the cap top. I did change to a different cap top seem to get better resistance with the springs ...still nothing.

It will be a clog or air leak.
Need to pull ink through the damper and push cleaning solution through the head.
Then pull from the captop line.
You should be able to find the clog or leak.
