We have been having some print quality issues in the past few weeks. we have replaced the cap tops and cleaned the heads. Regular maintenance has been done. We have tried soaking the cap tops and letting the heads sit which cleaned out the C. portion of the test print but A. just seems to get worse not sure what to try or turn to next. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

as you can tell nothing is great but A. is not coming up at all and we have been getting a yellow tented print on everything.

Good news is there are a few freckles of ink, so likely not an electrical /fuse issue. Most likely a seal is broken somewhere. both those heads share a connection to the pump, and if that is broken then air is pulled through the break, rather than ink through the head. The most likely are the cap(s) and/or dampers, if either of the caps, or any of the 4 dampers between heads breaks a seal, the connection of the whole set to the pump is lost, and can cause an issue like this.

easy troubleshoot for the caps is clamp one of the problem heads drain line ( I use something like a binder clamp, those dinosaur jaw looking paper clamps) and run a medium clean on that group, then try a test print. if no difference try the other line. The idea is if a cap is the problem, clamping it off will "fix" the other head, showing which cap is bad.

Dampers are a bit harder to tell, unless they start bubbling air into them when you take them off, they basically look the same good or bad.
