Roland XC-540 Media Cutter Not Engaging

Hi all,

Having an issue cutting material with the media knife (not the die cutting blade) not engaging or cutting the material after I do a sheet cut.

Not sure where to begin, Ive replaced the blade, tightened some screws while I was in there and checked for anything out of the ordinary.

Any thoughts?
