Roland xc540 HELPP COLOUR PROBLEM

Hey Guys,

I have a Roland XC540 and the problem I'm getting on every prints is too much Megenta, I tried every different profiles but no luck. Is there anyone who can send me a profile that will neutralize the photo or even give me advice.
