I got my tech out he adjusted my force calibration Im now cutcontour cutting at 70 instead of 150. Here is the new issue when I perfcut, the force is super high on the first 4 inches and the last 4 inches of the sheet.

Hey there! I would get on the phone with tech support out of Irvine, if it's happened they should know the source and how to correct it. On one hand, It sounds like a mechanical issue, but then again it might be an electronic glitch. I've not had that problem with my xr640, curious to learn what you find out.
