rolled aluminum sign - vendor needed

I have a customer who is wanting a sign made just like the burgee that can be seen on the yacht in the attached picture. This looks to me like a metal / aluminum sign that was rolled into shape and then painted, but I am not so sure. I am looking for a supplier / vendor who can make such a sign so that I can either order from them or forward them my client information.

Also helpful would be if somebody knows more about what exactly I am looking at so that I know what kind of company I need to find to have this made.
