Rough or concrete print media by the yard

I have a customer that wants 2 truck decals printed on something that will adhere to Rhino Lining / truck bed liner. It is a very rough surface and I already tried regular high tack vinyl with no luck.
Are there any suppliers that sell media by the yard that might stick to bed liner texture? Besides this - I have never received requests for this stuff and do not want to purchase an entire roll.

I have had really good luck with General Formulations GF 885AE RoughMark material for stuff like that. Not sure your preferred vendor, but I get it from Plastic Guy out of Kansas. Might try asking for a sample to see if it meets your needs.
