Rounding corners on Max Metal (ACM) sign panels

That thing looks pretty serious. I want one.

I got a foot operated pneumatic pump to run it so you can hold the sign with 2 hands. It works good, a little slow if you're trying to do hundreds of signs but for small batches it's great.

I use that same corner rounder for ACM, magnets and 040 aluminum. I've never replaced the dye and I've own that rounder for close to 20 years

What corner rounder do you use? Looking to purchase one wanted to find a good one.

I've been using this Challenge Corner Ronder for 20 plus years.
Has 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2" changeable dies
Great little machine can corner stacks of material 3" thick (paper, styrene, aluminum, acm)
