Routing small pieces on colex

I have a job that's 500 business card size pieces on 060 styrene, when we were running samples, didn't yet have the full sheets and the small piece I had the vacuum had some issues holding it down to route out the pieces that small. Getting full sheets tomorrow any tricks to keep the small pieces from flying around once they're cut?

A couple options, mask the sheet then cut to the mask and not through, or use a knife instead of a router. 060 should be soft enough to knife cut
