Question RSC-5500H Laminator and Oraguard Reverse Wound.

I do not know where the manual is for this off hand. It is brand new and I have Oraguard reverse wound laminate. The roll I had before was not reverse wound and it was fine. In the past I had an old laminator and I could use reverse wound and regular without issues. I am starting to think it is not me and it is the Oraguard. Anyone have experience with this?
