Recently, when I've laminated runs longer than 10 feet, the center of the graphic always begins to ripple and crease. In the space of a foot or two, those creases begin to look like the Nile River Delta, and the graphic is ruined.
When I look at the "good" portion, I can see faint impressions that look like sine waves in the same spot that occur every two or three feet.
Do you think this may be operator error, or is a service call in order? Since the problem happens in a predictable manner, and only after 10 linear feet, it seems like there might be a mechanical issue with roller calibration or something.
