- Significant Ruby on Rails Development Experience
- Very solid understanding of modern Web UI technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
- Familiar with Rails deployment and scaling technologies such as Capistrano
- Strength in Rails fundamentals
- Experience with GIT or other source code control systems
- Knowledge of Devise, Rake, Cucumber, HAML, SASS, Twitter Bootstrap
- Expert in UNIX environments (Ubuntu, Mac OS X)
- A solid grasp of multi-threading, database transactions and object oriented design
- Professional experience working as part of a team
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or similar
- Agile Environment Experience
- Built and deployed one or more commercial RoR applications utilizing the technologies described above
