Running VS540 on Windows 7

Hey all, a have a simple question, does anyone here runs Versaworks 6.2 on windows 7 x64 ?
I have an older work station with older programs that only run in windows 7, I also run VP540 on old versaworks off that work station which works perfectly fine,
however I want to sell the VP and start using my VS instead as primary printer... Can I run the new Versaworks on windows 7 ?

You have all the things to try. They probably do not say or want to support it.

You will have no issues with VW 6 on Win 7. It will run fine on Windows 7. Worst case run in compatible mode.
Current version is 6.24.1, download from DG here:

however, you will not be able to run the VS or the VP on VW6.
You will need old VW. 5.5.1 was the last version. It is not downloadable.

VW 6 stopped working on Win7 at around version 6.14.
Maybe it was just on 32bit versions, but I'd check first.
VS doesn't work on VW6, VSi does.

I had a vs650 it was only supported VersaWorks 5, I was able to install VW5 on windows 7 up to 10, never tired 11 but it would probably work.

All, VW6 will work fine on Win7 64 bit. Correct, not 32 bit.

Thanks for the replies, I think I updated the VW6 and now it will not open, I will try reinstalling it...
