S365 cutting short

First off, we love S365. Great service, hardly ever an issue. But their products are routinely cut 1/8" to 1/4" short and it's caused a few problems. This happens whether they're contour cut or not. Most recently I ordered a 96x48" of printed vinyl with solid coverage and it ran short applying it to a sheet of ACM. Anyone else dealing with this? I know the easy answer is to order everything .25" larger, but that doesn't work when they're cutting down full sheets of Coro or ACM. The finished pieces are always slightly undersize.

This is common. It's likely because they stock exactly 4x8 sheets. When you need something that's full bleed 24" wide, they have to cut it a little short in order to fit it on the 48" wide sheet.

You mention they did this with vinyl, which that baffles me why they would do that.

Yeah, it seems like every wide format vinyl print I've ordered is trimmed just a bit short. Not good when I'm laying it on a pre-cut substrate.
