saving and deleting jobs in versaworks

after the job is printed, save them as a versaworks file. It's not in front of me now, but it's one of the options on the bottom. I think it names the with a .rvw or something file. Save them to the folder of your choice. I save them to a folder called versawks. Once its saved in in the folder, delete the original from the que.

What's great about the .rvw file, is that all of your settings like profiles, how many copies etc... are saved and when you re-import the file into the que, there are no questions how the file was setup the last time
