SC454ex Missing magenta and half of yellow

Hello,
I am new here, I started a couple of weeks ago and run into problems.
Perhaps anyone can tell me what is wrong.

Complete magenta is missing and 1 yellow row

Thx for helping.

edit:
3 days ago it was all fine, no problems a all, I tried cleaning and powerfull cleaning. No results.
