SC500 not finishing cut.

I have a problem with my Roland SC500 running on colorchoice ver.4,5 rev2.
When cutting a square the top line is not being cut.
There is also often left small gaps in the cut.
i am designing in Corel Draw X5

Check out the offset of the blade. Do you know what type of blade is that?

It is a 45 degree blade with offset 0.25mm
It is not an original Roland Blade (i think its chineese
