SCAL / Laserpoint 3 registration issue

Does anyone have a fix/workaround for when Laserpoint 3 reads the first 3 registration marks on a SCAL file but wont go to the 4th?
Layout is correct. Board is correct. Other files work on same roll of material. Rebuild of the problematic file fails in the same manner.
Is there a way to trick out the registration and manually move the reg laser??
