Scanner for Concrete Tendons?

Hi Signs 101 Community,

Could anyone recommend an affordable tool to look thru concrete to find any hidden things? Yesterday we hit a tendon cable and it snapped..

Concrete scanners are not cheap. When I did construction, we spent thousands on concrete x ray scans in commercial buildings. Here is a start since Hilti makes good equipment. The PS 1000 models list finding tendons where the cheaper models do not list them.
