Scitex FB550 white issues

So our flatbed has the white option. When it is in 7 color all heads fire but when white is in only 3 of the 4 white heads fire. We have done manual head cleanings, performance head cleaning, and filled the ink chamber with head flush and left it over night. Not sure how it works in one mode and not the other. Any suggestions?
