I have a customer looking for a font close to a font out of "The Speedball Textbook" 23rd edition.

Attached is a scan of what they are looking for.

It's a bit of a stretch Brian, but you might look at STOREFRONT PRO from Ale (Alejandro) Paul (Sudtipos) or maybe LHF DAVID DESIGN.....both with a backslant. They wont match but they may fit the bill. I'll do some more checking to see what else I might come up with.
