SDS Channel Bender - dxf files

We recently merged with another sign company and we are integrating our equipment into the same shop. For some reason, our Super Channel Bender will no longer read DXF files correctly when we try to import them - we just get a black screen. No preview in the import window, the file is there, no error messages. The other channel bender imports them just fine. As far as I can tell, both machines are set to the same parameters and all computers sending the art files over are using the same DXF settings. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm pretty much at a loss as to what might be causing the issue.

I will try to import the file in a diferent format, or last resort is to reinstall the software.

What software are you using to generate the DXF files? Native corel does not handle curves in dxf files properly, but ecut for corel does, and flexi does as well. Not sure what illustrator does...
