The ChannelBender SX can produce both flanged and reverse channel letters from 1″ to 8″ coil. In addition to .026″ to .063″ thick aluminum, and depending on thickness, brass and stainless material. The SX can also process LetterForm®, our proprietary Trimless® return material. This innovative material eliminates the need for conventional plastic trim cap, enabling sign makers to produce Trimless channel letters.
The ChannelBender SX also has the ability to broach LetterForm return material as well as stainless, polished brass and copper. The broaching feature is a patented process that scores a shallow groove vertically across the interior surface of the return at the exact location of sharp, angled bends. Broaching results in crisp, sharp, precise bends and allows for the forming of intricate shapes, like 1/4″ serifs, which were previously impossible to automate.
