We are looking at purchasing the SDS Channel Sander to go with our SDS Channel Letter Bender. Does anybody have one and if so what are your thoughts?

If you do enough custom painted letters to justify it, then sure! I find almost everybody wants black returns, so I'm set with prepainted coil, or hand sanding a handful of letters after being formed (not ideal).
