Hi. We have had our SEAL 54 Base laminator for about 5 years now, and it's been a work horse for us, and still is, but, recently it's been acting a little strange. When I laminate CAST vinyl with a CAST laminate, no problems. However, when I laminate a CALENDARED vinyl with a CALENDARED laminate, the backing paper on the lower roller seems to feed faster than the graphic that I am laminating, causing about one third more backing to feed than laminate. I have tried adjusting speed/pressure/tension in several combinations, but it still does it. It never did this before, and I have not changed the way I load the machine.
Any thoughts, anybody?
Thanks. Mark
