Seaming banners

hi everyone! Im just getting started in digital printing and was windering if i could get help in finding the equipment for seaming banners, I found a heatg welder torch for $130 bucks but its in Hong Kong and it will take about 2-3 weeks for me to get it... Does anyone know of any place here in the US where i can get the torch and pressure roller?
