One of my pinch roller wheel just break... after +20years of service it's kinda "normal". Called my local Mimaki printer reseller, 'got told 2 weeks. I cannot be 2 weeks w/o plotter in the shop.
I'm looking for some help, if you could put me in contact with someone who has 2 of 'em in stock, whatever if it's Mimaki OEM or other brands, as long as it's quality parts (no China out-of-round / cheap bearing ones found on eBay). I had bought these low cost one as "spare" and after an hour, they broke in pieces, ruining 6ft of vinyl (I was outside with a customer).
Must be 4mm x 10mm x 14mm
