When printing a job which requires two passes, the second pass won't print completely aligned with the first one??? I've already performed the line feed calibration, head aligment,but no sucess, still off. Tried calling Summa and they will not return call and tried calling dealer and they said it is a Summa problem? Was working perfectly before? Need help ASAP. Thanks

I have never had that problem but...
Sounds like your roll of vinyl is unwinding uneven.
I was cutting stickers and I notice the last row was off a little on the cuts.
Looked around and noticed my roll underneath was skewed.
Reworked the roll and tried again and all was fine. Check your little stops on the bar and make sure it has not come loose .
