Seeking a 24-36" roll fed CMYK printer with 3-4 mm print head clearance

Hi

I create indoor fine art, previously with lemon HP 5440 54" flatbed.
Does anyone know of a reliable 24-44 inch roll fed printer model which allows for thick media and tweaking of print head clearance limit?

Archival inks a must. 4 color is fine.

Budget less than 5K, used is fine.

I want to run thin canvas with mixed media applied to substrate.
