Seiko 64s error 1191

Hi there . My seiko colourpainter 64s suddenly came up with this error 1191 at the beginning of a print and stops. I have checked the maintenance manual and replaced all replaceable according to the manual, but the error has refused to go, any suggestions? My email address is clockworkng@yahoo.com humble regards.
