Seiko H2-74s system error 1B00

this week we bought a used seiko H2-74s from an auction.
when powered up it gives an system error 1B00.
does this mean the system has been off the power too long? is there a way to reset it? or is there something else wrong with the printer?
thanx on advance guys

maybe there is someone with a service manual?
