Sending Jobs Saves As Native Files

When I send a file to plot on my plotter (Roland GX-24) and SP540, they go strait to like a save file as a plt!!! What the hell. I have this job I need to get out befoer 1:30 and I cant get it to plot, what did I do wrong!

you have the setting on save to file instead of send now.

Look at the dialog box when production manager comes up. There should be a pull-down menu with: Send Now; Hold In List; & Save To File. Select Send Now & you should be good to go!

ok. when your production manager pops us, its under the general tab, theres a drop down menu between material and position on your left side. 4th one down on the page change that to send now
