Found a great plug-in for Firefox to help with SEO: SEOQuake at http://www.seoquake.com/

Although the info bar that appears under every Google search result can get annoying at times, the compilation of analytical tools is impressive and probably more informative than I need... great for analyzing competitor's sites to see what they did right or wrong...

You need to have your whole site in H1 bold tags, black text on a white background and stick in some of those fancy new .gif thingies.

Oh and don't bother with lowercase, search engines don't read them.

errr..... does that mean all of my copy should be in caps? I dont see anyone else doing it....

And thats why they are missed by the search engines.
its one of google big secrets, You think its a lot of super-computers, its really a lot of little old ladies and post-it notes. Hence the all caps...EASIER TO READ. There would be an audio version of Google but they are all quite deaf.
