service Call 002 on Versa Camm sp-540v

Service Call 002 error after changing the carriage cable.

I don't know what i did wrong it was supposed to be simple (which it was).
I changed the cable turned it back on now no mater what i do I get this error.
and actually after unplugging it and turning back on I got this message "INTERNAL ERROR 0800544"
Can someone please help.

Did you measure the distance from the end of the original carriage cable to where the cuthead assembly was fixed?

You might also have to change the carriage cable tension and do an Scan Aging for a 10 minutes to even out the pressure on the cable.

Its is the computer ribbon not the actual metal cable.
I think the real name is "Flexible Tool Carriage Cable "
Im not sure if I touched something and had static
shock that killed a board.

I just noticed that when the 002 error is showing and you press the down arrow it says sub cpu is not working.

I know 002 error is a communication error but is it the board or a connection.
