Service Call 0102???

I just got a message on the XC-540 saying service call 0102. Does anyone know what 0102 mean? There's nothing in the manual. Thanks!

This is a sensor error. The Head Lock Sensor may be malfunctioning or a bit loose.

Don't know what it means, but it happens 1 out of each 3 or so cleanings we do. We just turn off and turn on and it seems fine.

This is happening during your cleaning because you are moving the head to the left for cleaning, if you move the head back to it's original position (after cleaning) the error won't happen.

Thanks everyone! Yeah, it was the Head Lock Sensor. I just turned it off and fired it back up and the problem seems to have gone away like you said, LoudArt.
