Service for Gerber in IL

I am looking for people who can help me with a Gerber cutter I purchased used. I am looking for local support for service.

The machine is in great shape but I need to get it up and running and training. I believe that there may be an electrical issue for the router inside the cutter. However, looking for someone to help.

Anyone have ideas?

Graphic Marking Systems is one of the best around and they're fairly local to ya. I see Doug Goodloe pop on here every once in a while and he owns and runs the business, very knowledgable.
