Service manual for XJ-640 and SP-300V

Hi, just wondering if anyone has a service manual for either of these Roland machines.
I'm especially looking for one for the XJ-640 as the machine's menu system and service mode stuff have changed from our other machines. Getting the SP-300V service manual would be a great bonus as well but is no trouble if no one has it.
