Service Mode & Board Parameters

Hi! Tech people

Question 1. On the VG & SG model in order to get into service mode we need the peak2 credentials or password, is there a way to bypass it

Question 2. I try to upload my board parameters on my VP-540 using peak 6.3 & 7.3 but always says failed. I turn off sub power but leave the main power turned on, did I did it right?

Are you able het peck report through the peck file?

I can show you solution,,please follow these steps.
1.Check the connectivity between PC and Machine
2.install proper version of PECK file.
3. Try to get the peck report from machine by using proper IP ADDRESS.
4.If you connected to machine to PC, peck file should be obtained easily

I am using version 6.7 but connected through switch so maybe I will try to go direct, Thanks.
