Service Mode

Can anyone tell me how to get into the service mode of my Roland SP-300V? I need to change the ink type from Eco-SOL 4 color to Eco-SOL Max 4 color. I've tried the old way but it says the machine is protected. Thanks in advance.

down, right, left, up, right, down, left, down, left... then hold right, down, and left together and hit power
