Setting Up A New Pc With 8.1/windows 7 Cant Find My Firewire Port For Mimaki.

I go to production manager to add a new setup, choose my Mimaki JV3-160s and when it comes to the port screen the firewire is not listed like it is on my old windows xp computer that I use. It is a brand new firewire card, and I double checked the drivers, Not sure what else to try...
