SG-300 TR2 Upgrade White Gaps & Banning

I recently upgraded my Roland SG-300 to the TR2 inks along with the upgrade to the firmware after finally using up all of my old ink. During the upgrade I replaced all the pads, wipers, and tediously manually cleaned the machine and calibrated the settings.

Immediately after the upgrade, the same prints I had done the day before started having white horizontal lines and what appears to be missed printed areas that showing as a white shadow, most noticeably on the cyan prints. I understand with the new TR2 update Roland locks you out of the Service Mode so any manual services appear to be out of the question.

I've read similar post here but there didn't appear to be any conclusions or a fix for the problem. Any input or advice on my options would go a long way. I've included a few sample prints along with a before and after side by side print.

My usual prints are done on Roland GCVP, High Quality, Error Diffusion, Uni-Direction, True Rich Color 2. Although I've tried increasing and decreasing print head speed with no results.

We had this same issue with our vg640, our solution was to buy an epson, the dealer couldn't fix it for more than 24 hours

Try doing a powerful cleaning from the menu then check the nozzle pattern again.

Have you done any adjustments? Have you also tried playing with the heat settings?

You're missing nozzles. That's the cause of your white lines - not any RIP settings. It also appears that your heads are misaligned. Have you performed the Detailed Media gap adjustment? Final thought is that the upgrade pushes a lot of ink through the heads. If you have well used heads, it may be time for a new one.

Update on this issue:

Several manual cleaning have been done, alignments, adjustments, and powerful and super cleanings for the inks.

I don't believe the issue is bad print heads, they appear to be fine and aside from the white ghosting on the magenta and cyan, no other visible quality issues occur.
The white ghosting can be seen on the magenta and cyan lines.

My hope it is a print head alignment issue. I've pulled a peck report. If anyone is able to covert is to text it would be greatly appreciated. I can send it over.
